Incredibly Healthy Tea- Just One Sip Will Boost You


Following my latest exploration (thanks to my painful periods) I want to introduce you with my late time fave tea :  A R T I C H O K E




I know sounds a little weird,but trust me taste is not that bad.I can’t wait more an want to start to tell you what is artichoke tea and what’re benefits.

It has been used since ancient times,which means very old cure. Ancient Greeks, Romans, Egyptians are used frequently during the period.(Nowadays, the consumption of artichoke tea is very high in Vietnam)

It’s good for many diseases. A little example;it relaxes the bowels, provides protection against many types of cancer and balances blood pressure.



                            

                                          BENEFITS OF  ARTICHOKE TEA

·       - Protects Bone Health

It contains mineral substances such as magnesium,manganese and phosphorus. These minerals protect bone density and health.It also protects against bone resorption

·    Relaxes Digestive System

It regulates bowel movements and really good source of fiber.In this way it relaxes the bowels.Benefit from constipation.

·       Good For Stomach

Thanks to its rich fiber content, dyspepsia in the stomach provides benefit for swelling. Among the benefits of artichoke tea is to prevent nausea, vomiting and heartburn.

·       - It Helps To Prevent Many Types Of Cancer

It has high antioxidant content. This reduces the effects of cancer types such as breast cancer,prostate cancer.

·      -  Friendly With Heart

It regulates blood pressure and balances cholesterol thanks to the ingredients. As a result, it protects the heart. Reduces the risk of heart attack and stroke.

·      Balances Blood Pressure

 It is a good source of potassium. Potassium lowers blood pressure in the body. It affects high blood pressure and low blood pressure.

It is a great source of vitamins and minerals. Contains vitamins A, C, E, D, B6 and B12. Besides, it contains mineral substances such as iron, calcium, potassium, sodium, zinc, manganese and phosphorus.

Artichoke leaf tea is rich in soluble antioxidants. Antioxidants protect the body from damage by free radicals and environmental toxins. Thus, the cholesterol ratio in the blood is balanced.

 It reduces the damage caused by alcohol to the liver. Decreases the level of toxin in the liver.
 It protects the health of the liver. Thanks to the antioxidants like cynarin in the content of the body toxins    are thrown. Good for damaged liver cells.

Contains phosphorus mineral. Phosphorus positively affects brain health

 It is beneficial for diabetes. Increased bile flow is among the benefits of artichoke tea. It has a diuretic feature.Beautifies the skin.




You’re surprised with all of these benefits of that little ugly-ish (for me :P ) artichoke right ? But as everything beside many benefits it also has some harms for health,let’s end this post with them.

Patients with renal disease and gallstones should not consume.

People who are allergic to plants such as dandelions, daisies and echinacea may also be allergic to artichoke tea. It is not recommended that these people consume.
